All the nobility of the great Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru wines, signed by Maison Olivier Chanzy, for a deep, silky, and intensely elegant Pinot Noir, made to age.
This prestigious wine has an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red and black fruits—cherry, raspberry, and sometimes plum—complemented by soft spices and woody nuances. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with a texture that is both silky and concentrated, typical of great Vosne-Romanée wines. Structured and concentrated, it offers medium to fairly powerful intensity for a Pinot Noir, with finesse always taking precedence over brute force. The long and persistent finish heralds an aging potential of 12 to 15 years.
