 The domain

The Domaine des Bérioles is a family-owned winery focused on organic and biodynamic wine production. Located in the Saint-Pourçain region, it produces wines from the unique Tressallier grape, as well as Chardonnay for white wines and Gamay and Pinot Noir for red wines.

The vineyards are cultivated with care, with nature and the environment at the heart of the vines, and the harvest is picked at the right time to preserve the best of the grapes. The wines are produced with great attention and respect for the terroir, and the estate follows a lunar calendar for both vineyard and cellar work. The estate offers a varied range of wines, including white, red, rosé and sparkling wines.

Trésaille white 2023 - Domaine des Bérioles

  • After gentle pneumatic pressing at low pressure, the must is clarified at a temperature of 9°C, ensuring clarity and purity.

Alcoholic fermentation is slow: it starts at 13°C and gradually rises to 17°C, allowing the grape's delicate aromas to fully develop. After fermentation, the wine matures for 5-8 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, adding to its complexity, structure and elegance. This careful approach results in a fresh, refined wine with lively citrus aromas sen a nice long finish.
