The estate
Domaine Lamblin et Fils is a family-run business located in the Chablis region of Burgundy, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1690. Renowned for its expertise, the Lamblin family produces mainly white wines from the Chardonnay grape variety under the appellations Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
In addition to its Burgundy wines, the estate is expanding its range by also marketing wines under the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation. To this end, it purchases grapes from Languedoc-Roussillon, which are then vinified in its own cellar in Burgundy. This approach enables it to offer a wider range, with more accessible and varied wines.

Following a hand-harvest, the grapes undergo pre-fermentation maceration for 2 to 4 days in stainless steel vats, followed by alcoholic fermentation. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation, then ages for 8 to 12 months in oak barrels.
This meticulous winemaking process produces a Pinot Noir with a delicate, floral aroma that develops into notes of red and black fruits, with a palate that is both fresh and structured.
