The vinification is carried out with precision to bring out the natural finesse of the Chardonnay and the expression of the terroir.
Aging for 18 to 24 months, half in stainless steel tanks and half in oak barrels, preserves the freshness while adding roundness and complexity.
The stainless steel preserves the aromatic purity and tension, while the wood adds a slightly fuller texture and subtle toasted notes, within a whole that remains balanced and harmonious.
