The estate
At the foot of the Monts de la Madeleine, Domaine des Palais works with dedication and quiet craftsmanship. The vineyards are cared for as a living landscape, with attention to biodiversity and the natural rhythms of nature. Each parcel and each grape is given the space to express itself.
With only 1,200 bottles produced, Le Jardin des Moines is a small-scale, artisanal cuvée, the result of careful choices in both vineyard and cellar, and the desire to bring a modest yet characterful terroir to life in the glass.
