  • The vinification is carried out with great care to bring out the full nobility of the Pinot Noir and the expression of the terroir.

The aging, carried out 100% in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, gives aromatic complexity and structure while refining the texture of the wine.

The wood integrates gradually and provides a silky smooth and harmonious taste, supported by a beautiful length.
