  • The vinification focuses on preserving the balance between power and the aromatic expression of the southern grape varieties. Grenache provides roundness and generosity, Syrah adds structure and aromatic intensity, while Mourvèdre enhances depth and aging potential.

The result is a harmonious and structured wine that combines rich fruit with a beautiful length on the palate.
