A great signature in which Viognier reveals all its generosity: a sunny, velvety and intensely aromatic wine, balancing ripe fruit and floral finesse.
This Condrieu displays a golden-yellow color with sandy reflections. The nose is elegant and highly aromatic, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and flowers, complemented by notes of peach and ripe apricot, sometimes accompanied by light hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is generous, full and round, with a velvety and ample texture that can at times feel almost creamy. The body is medium to fairly powerful, giving an enveloping sensation richer than a Burgundian Chardonnay, yet less structured than a great red from the northern Rhône. A light touch of acidity brings freshness without dominating the balance.
Body: powerful
Sweetness: dry
Acidity: medium
Food pairing: ideal with poultry or fish in sauce, as well as goat cheeses.

The harvest from the leased parcel is entirely vinified at the estate in order to preserve the identity of the terroir.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in 400-liter oak barrels, allowing the oak to integrate gently while preserving the aromatic expression of the Viognier.
This aging adds complexity, roundness, and structure, enhancing the wine’s full and harmonious texture.
