The vinification is carried out with great precision to express the full nobility of the Chardonnay.
Aging, carried out entirely in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, plays a decisive role in the style of the wine. The wood supports the development of a complex aromatic range, with notes of vanilla, brioche, and toast, while also giving structure to the flavor.
