A pure Chardonnay that combines the sunshine of southern France with Burgundian finesse – fresh, elegant, and full of character.
Its grape variety gives it elegance, finesse, and class. Its terroir gives it richness, freshness, and aromas. The Chardonnay vines are nourished by soil composed of chalk and limestone, and the location in the south of the country provides sufficient rainfall and high temperatures, typical of areas close to the Mediterranean Sea.
Although Domaine Lamblin et Fils is located in the Chablis region, it buys grapes from the Pays d'Oc region and then vinifies them in its own premises (in Burgundy). IGP rules allow vinification to take place outside the region, as long as the grapes come from the right area and meet the requirements. That is why Domaine Lamblin et Fils offers a Pays d'Oc wine.

The estate
Domaine Lamblin et Fils is a family business in the Chablis region of Burgundy, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1690. The Lamblin family is known for its craftsmanship and mainly produces white wines from the Chardonnay grape under the appellations Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
In addition to their Burgundy wines, the estate is expanding its range by also selling wines under the IGP Pays d'Oc designation. For this, they purchase grapes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, which are then vinified in their own wine cellar in Burgundy. This approach allows them to offer a broader range of wines that are more accessible and diverse.
With respect for tradition and terroir, Domaine Lamblin et Fils combines centuries-old expertise with modern techniques to produce quality wines that are appreciated both locally and internationally.

The grapes undergo low-temperature vinification, which helps to best preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. This process ensures that the delicate fruit aromas, such as citrus and apple, are well expressed, without being overwhelmed by too much heat.
The wine is 100% vinified in stainless steel tanks, which emphasises the pure fruit expression and gives the wine its bright, fresh character.
There is no oak aging, which brings out the purity of the Chardonnay and the characteristics of the terroir in full. The result is an elegant, lively wine that retains its freshness and aromatic complexity, perfect for those who love a pure Chardonnay.
