Its grape variety gives it elegance, finesse and class. Its terroir gives it its richness, freshness and aromas. The Chardonnay vines are nourished by soils composed of chalk and limestone, and its location in the south of the country provides ample rainfall and high temperatures typical of areas close to the Mediterranean.
Although Domaine Lamblin et Fils is located in the Chablis region, it purchases grapes from the Pays d'Oc region and then vinifies them on its own premises (in Burgundy). IGP rules allow vinification outside the region, as long as the grapes come from the right area and comply with regulations. From there, Domaine Lamblin et Fils offers a Pays d'Oc wine.

The domain
Domaine Lamblin et Fils is a family-owned winery in the Chablis region, Burgundy, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1690. Known for its craftsmanship, the Lamblin family produces primarily white wines from the Chardonnay grape under the appellations Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
In addition to their Burgundy wines, the estate is expanding its offerings by also selling wines under the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation. For this they buy grapes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, which are then vinified in their own wine cellar in Burgundy. This approach allows them to offer a wider range, with wines that are more accessible and diverse.
Respecting tradition and terroir, Domaine Lamblin et Fils combines age-old expertise with modern techniques to produce quality wines that are appreciated both locally and internationally.
