Auvernat — named after the historical name for Pinot Noir in Saint-Pourçain, where this noble grape, together with a touch of Gamay, produces a wine full of charm, suppleness, and surprising accessibility.
A very nice organic Pinot Noir from the Loire with beautiful intensity, perfectly made, carried by aromas of red fruit and a spicy finish. Pinot Noir lovers, it's impossible to be disappointed at this price! In other regions, this would be sold at a much higher price.

The estate
Domaine des Bérioles is a family business that focuses on organic and biodynamic wine production. It is located in the Saint-Pourçain region and produces wines from the unique Tressallier grape, as well as Chardonnay for white wines and Gamay and Pinot Noir for red wines.
The vineyards are cultivated with care, focusing on nature and the environment, and the harvest is picked at the right time to preserve the best of the grapes. The wines are produced with great attention and respect for the terroir, and the domaine follows a lunar calendar for both the work in the vineyard and the cellar.
